Fountain of Youth is a brand created by Michelberger — an independent, family-run company from Berlin, known for its hotel, regenerative farm, and cultural projects. Coconut water has long been part of their daily philosophy, and over the years, it has become a standalone product.
What is the Fountain of Youth
The idea began in 2011, inspired by the simple experience of drinking coconut water directly from the fruit. The search for the same quality outside of that context proved impossible — so they created their own standard.
Each can contains 100% coconut water from young green coconuts from Thailand – no additives, no sugar, no compromises.
Each can contains the water from approximately two coconuts, packaged within a few hours of harvesting to preserve its natural taste and nutritional profile.

Taste and Origin
Coconuts are grown in Ratchaburi Province, Thailand, on small farms, not industrial plantations. The Nam Hom variety is used, known for its naturally sweet and balanced taste.
As with any raw material, taste matters. Fountain of Youth is the result of years of searching and selection and over 50 tested varieties until the right one was found.
Production
The process is as simplified as possible:
- Manual harvesting of coconuts
- Processing on site
- Filtration and bottling
- Sealing within 3 hours of harvesting
