В кухнята си изцеждат сок от лайм, варят чай, трошат захар, канят приятели и си казват наздраве. Когато всички чаши са пресушени, решават, че са готови за Lemonaid & ChariTea.В резултат с неизбежни проблеми с капацитета на производство в кухнятя си и с малко помощ от опитни професионалисти, от лятото на 2009 г. малка био компания поема ролята на пълнене на бутилките. И се справят много добре.
IT ALL STARTED WITH COFFEE
Minor Figures products have always been designed to celebrate the passion and people behind every roast - from the farmers and processors to the roasters and baristas.
As they expanded the cold brew range to include latte and mocha, they searched for a dairy alternative that would pair perfectly with their favourite specialty roasts while also boasting the sustainability credentials they were looking for. When the team couldn’t find the perfect fit, they decided to create it ourselves.
Eventually, Barista Oat was born. After seeing how beautifully it complemented espresso and magnified the tasting notes found in each roast profile, the team realised they had created an incredible tool for coffee that they had to share with their friends in the specialty coffee space.
The founders launched Minor Figures Barista Oat in 2017 and it quickly became their signature product. Designed to be completely faithful to the original characteristics of every espresso it meets, it’s now used in specialty coffee shops, kitchens, and roasteries all over the globe.
