Hola Señor is the first Mexican coffee in the Samurai Shoelace series. It comes from the Huatusco region in Veracruz - one of Mexico's most historic and prestigious coffee-growing areas, known for its high-altitude plantations and over a century of coffee tradition.

The coffee is of the Typica and Oro Azteca varieties, processed using the washed method, which emphasizes its purity and sweetness. The cup reveals sweet notes with a subtle smokiness - a characteristic accent inspired by Mexican culinary tradition. Acidity is low, and the finish is long and pleasant.

Hola Señor is an excellent choice for lovers of intense espresso, but it also pairs wonderfully with milk, where its sweetness and smoothness are even more pronounced.
