SPICES

JUNIPER

Of course, organic juniper is an obvious accompaniment to a G&T! Juniper forms the base of gin and is also used in various brands of tonic. To use, gently squeeze the berries to release the aromas and add 2-3 grains for garnish in each glass. Combine with fresh rosemary or lemon zest, grapefruit or lime.

star anise

Star anise looks beautiful placed in a gin glass and adds a slight anise flavor. Use whole star anise in each drink, unless you want the anise flavor to dominate - then you can add two. Combine with a slice of fresh cistus or rosemary.

PINK PEPPER

These beautiful, red, organic beans contribute a floral aroma with light hints of pepper. Use 5-6 berries for one cocktail. It can also be frozen in ice cubes and served with juniper, a slice of cucumber or a citrus peel.
