This crunchy biscuit topping adds a wafer-like flavor to hot and cold drinks. Perfect on caramel frappes or crumble-inspired recipes. Zuma Biscuit Crumb can be used on hot or cold drinks. The cookie crumbs can also be used as a base layer for a cheesecake frappe - for example lime frappe made with Sweetbird yogurt frappe and two pumps of lime syrup.
