Cabbage Karma spice mix, organic

This mix was developed in collaboration with Ditte Ingemann – cookbook author, food blogger and above all, lover of leafy greens. The unique mix contains coriander seeds infused with orange oil, fennel seeds, sumac, black pepper and lemon thyme.

Here's what Ditte herself says: “Leafy greens have always been central to my cooking and I use a lot of spices – I like warming, slightly hot spices that are neither overpowering nor so bland as to be boring. With Cabbage Karma I have a perfect mix for both hot and cold dishes, it adds great flavor to all kinds of cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and kale.”
