The magical mix for a variety of desserts by Mill&Mortar in collaboration with Ditte Julie

Mill&Mortar together with the cookbook author Ditte Julie, also known for her participation in the "Big Patisserie Tournament" on Danish TV, have created an organic spice mixture developed especially for fruit desserts. The inspiration comes from Ditte Julie's desire to find the spices that add the finishing touch. Another goal of hers is to avoid pesky little packets of multiple spices and tiresome "a little of this, a little of that" recipes. With this mixed spice, you have a versatile solution for countless fruit desserts.

CAKE FACTOR features well-balanced flavors of allspice, nutmeg, anise, true Sri Lankan cinnamon and hints of cloves and ginger. Ditte Julie uses it with wonderful success not only in desserts with fresh fruit, but also in the Danish dessert Flødeboller, in British crumpets or for jam and preserved fruit.
