Crystal candied rose petals

Humans have been using edible flowers in confections for centuries, we use them for spices, we put them in marmalades and desserts.

Mill & Mortar reminds us of traditional candied flowers. Their French supplier, which has been producing the relevant raw material since 1818, is the last one left in its branch, in the Toulouse area. He has perfected his technique over 200 years, harvesting flowers and leaves at the height of the flowers' bloom, crystallizing them with sugar spray. P&T have selected the best mint leaves and offer them to you to add color and flavor to chocolates, cakes and desserts.
