ChariTea

GREEN GIN JULEP

6 fresh mint leaves
3/4 tsp. sugar syrup
35 ml of gin
80 ml ChariTea Green

Fill a whiskey glass with ice. Mash the mint leaves with the sugar syrup. Add gin and ChariTea Green.

GIMLIGHT

40 ml of gin
20 ml lime juice
20 ml simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
5 ml of absinthe
ChariTea Green

Pour the ice, gin, lime juice and simple syrup into a mixing glass. Stir vigorously with a long cocktail spoon until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with ChariTea Green. Add the absinthe and garnish with lime zest or wedges.

CHARITEA RUM JULEP

ChariTea Green
10 ml Lemonaid Lime
50 ml of rum
1 tsp cane sugar
5-6 leaves of fresh mint

Combine rum, Lemonaid Lime and cane sugar with ice in a shaker and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Add a few mint leaves and top off with ChariTea Green.
