Half fill a wine glass with champagne or prosecco, add mint leaves and top off with ChariTea Red.

50 ml of gin
5 ml of orange syrup
A slice of orange
Mint leaves

Gently mix the mint leaves with the orange syrup. Add ice and pour gin and top with ChariTea Red. Garnish with a mint leaf and an orange slice.

30 ml of gin
15 ml Sloe gin
15 ml of fresh lemon
ChariTea Red
A slice of lemon

Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the gin and Sloe gin. Add the lemon juice and top off with ChariTea Red. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
