Sancho is an Amsterdam-based artist whose playful, expressive style explores spontaneity, imagination, and the everyday. After studying business in the UK and working in China, he gradually transitioned from design to full-time art – starting with sketches of his wife on napkins, which grew into a unique personal universe of characters and forms.
His collaboration with COCO highlights Colombia's landscapes, people, and traditions. In particular, his "hands" motif celebrates the collective effort that goes into chocolate making - from farmer to roaster to chocolatier. Working across digital illustration, painting and sculpture, Sancho's art balances creativity with the practical challenges of design, creating packaging that is both meaningful and visually striking.
