UP-UP Dark Espresso is a Single Estate dark chocolate with 50% cocoa content, made with fine aromatic cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario", located in the Necoclí region of the northeastern coast of Colombia. This chocolate is characterized by the distinctive notes of cocoa, with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, with well-defined notes of roasted coffee beans that complement notes of caramel.
