UP-UP Plain Dark is an inspiring single estate dark chocolate with 50% cocoa content, made with fine tasting cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario", located in the Necoclí region of the northeastern coast of Colombia. This chocolate is characterized by the distinctive notes of cocoa with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, followed by nutty flavors reminiscent of caramelized roasted hazelnuts, ending with hints of dried fruit and a lemon aftertaste.
