This balanced spice mix combines fennel (wild fennel), licorice root, star anise, ginger, oregano, smoked red pepper, chili in ideal proportions.

It can be used on any type of meat, but is recommended for chicken and pork. Mix 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. brown sugar and 1.5 tsp. Flaming Dust and rub the meat. Let it marinate for half an hour or an hour.
