Rose buds

Roses are globally recognized for their symbolism and power in cosmetics. Edible rosebuds add a distinctive, floral decoration. They pair very well with gins with floral and fruity notes and are a wonderful, romantic addition to your Gin&Tonic. Combine with a slice of cucumber or citrus peel.

Hibiscus

The tropical, purple Hibiscus flower is used in herbal potions around the world. Dried Hibiscus is a favorite garnish for gins as it contributes a slight acidity while infusing your G&T cocktail with an elegant and soft rose color. Use 1-2 flowers per drink. Suitable for dry and citrus gins. Combine with a lime wedge.

Sea buckthorn

Fruity, with a slight hint of acidity and a bright yellow-orange color. These beautiful beans look amazing in a drink and present a balanced acidity on the nose and palate. It is no coincidence that sea buckthorn is called the lemon of the north and is the preferred spice for gins in these latitudes. Top with juniper or sorrel.
