The tropical, purple hibiscus plant is used for herbal infusions all over the world. Dried hibiscus is an aromatic addition to gin drinks, as it gives a slight acidity and colors them an elegant pink color. Use 1-2 leaves per drink. It is suitable for dry and citrus gins.
