This fresh seasoning is suitable for fish, grilled vegetables and light meats. The base is fennel (wild fennel), coriander and 3 types of algae, and the notes are mint and citrus, and to finish - a pinch of chili.

It can be used to flavor fish dishes, soup and bread. For best results, it is important to allow time for marinating, and also that the meat or vegetables themselves are wrapped in foil so that the spices and oils they release do not burn.
