Pool Biber chili flakes have a deep red color, and a mild and fruity flavor with slight hints of cumin. Also known as Aleppo pepper, Pul Biber is often used as a common table spice in Turkey. The red chili is dried and deseeded before being chopped into beautiful red flakes. Pool Bieber belongs to the moderately hot chili variations, ranking only between 5 – 10,000 points on the Scoville scale. Sprinkle it directly on the dish or add it during cooking.
