Crystal salt from the underground salt springs in Villena, Spain. Hand picked and then dried by the wind in Alicante and the Mediterranean sun. The salt is infused with red wine from the Priorat region of Catalonia, known for its rich yet elegant wines. As a result of this combination, the salt has a deep red color and distinct wine notes that make it ideal for fried meats.
