Elegant and exotic syrup with a tart taste of red berries and a bright color. Made from real hibiscus, the fragrant and beautifully pink syrup adds a botanical feel to summer and winter menus. To echo the hibiscus teas of the Middle East and Turkey, the syrup has a light perfume and a strong floral top note that immediately tastes of botanical petals. The complex profile has a sharpness imparting a sweet berry fruitiness similar to cranberry with notes of honey pollen.
