Mill&Mortar's TANDOORI masala is a mix that uses many classic Sri Lankan spices, with curry leaves and black sesame seeds.


Tikka Tandoori is a typical dish with small pieces of meat marinated in yogurt and spices, traditionally cooked in a ceramic oven called Tandoor. Originating from the Indian subcontinent, you can achieve the authentic taste of Tandoor using a home grill or oven. M&M's Tandoori masala mix can be used in a variety of marinades, rubbed directly into meat, used in sauces, and is suitable for all types of meat and fish.

Tandoori dishes pair well with fresh salads, raita (yoghurt, cucumber, red onion and tomato salad), lemon wedges, naan bread and lutenica.
