Most Earl Gray teas contain low quality Chinese tea. Theapigs, however, use the best Darjeeling, which comes from the foothills of the Himalayas. Added to it is a strong citrus taste of bergamot, straight from sunny southern Italy. Combined together, the two main ingredients form a sophisticated drink.
