What ingredients are in this lemon pepper?

The challenge for Mill&Mortar is to find the right organic ingredients to give enough natural lemon flavor.
As the name suggests, there are three different citrus elements in the mix:
- The fantastic Nepalese Szechuan pepper with strong citrus and light warm notes
- Dried organic lemon peel and pulp
This is a processed product, with Mill&Mortar using the ends and remaining peels from the production of dried lemon slices. It has a strong pulp content, which also gives the pepper mixture a wonderful acidity.
