The unique notes of sea salt contribute to UP-UP Dark Sea Salt being a chocolate that highlights nutty flavors like roasted hazelnuts. The chocolate is made with Single Estate 50% cocoa content, with cacao beans from a single farm called "El Rosario", located in the Necocli region on the northeastern coast of Colombia. With a soft and rich aftertaste, this sweet and salty chocolate is an endless pleasure.
