UP-UP Sea-Salt & Lime is a single estate milk chocolate with 35% cocoa content, made with fine tasting cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necoclí region of the northeastern coast of Colombia. The eccentric combination of lime essential oil and sea salt crystals in this chocolate makes every bite a unique experience, enhanced by the balance between creaminess, cocoa flavor and sweetness.
