Za'atar spice mix, organic

You can use Za'atar by rubbing it into fish, meat or vegetables both before and after cooking, or you can make marinades, dressings or dips. Za'atar adds incredible flavor to even the simplest dishes. It tastes great when sprinkled over eggs, tomatoes, salads, soups, hummus, grilled fish or vegetables...

You can also try the traditional way of serving Za'atar - you pour a little oil in a bowl and add delicious bread - first melting in the oil, then in the Za'atar.

Za'atar contains the herbs thyme, oregano and marjoram, which give it a fresh and herbal touch, some acidity from sumac and nutty notes from toasted sesame.
