Cold extraction coffee has become one of our favorite drinks over time. This type of extraction brings out the sweetness of the coffee, enhances its flavor notes, has low acidity and goes well with all kinds of cocktails… (especially dark rum) and of course it is invigorating and can be drunk all day long without worrying that your coffee it will get cold :) ​The interest in the drink we were preparing for consumption at Drekka gave us the confidence to start this project and make it available to more people. That's how dancing goats was born - we bring you delicious coffee to take with you everywhere.
