Dancing goats is a project of NOMU and DREKKA. Over the years, our philosophy has been built around the idea of a delicious beverage experience. We want to pass on our knowledge and teach as many people as possible to be aware of what's in their cup and provide them with easy access to delicious coffee everywhere.
and so we created dancing goats in 2020
Cold coffee extraction has become one of our favorite drinks over time. This type of extraction brings out the sweetness of the coffee, enhances its flavours, has lower acidity and goes well with all kinds of cocktails… especially dark rum. And of course it is invigorating and can be drunk all day long without worrying that your coffee it will get cold :) The customers request for the drink we were preparing for consumption at Drekka gave us the confidence to start this project and make it available to more people.
