UP-UP Salted Caramel is a single estate milk chocolate with 35% cocoa content, made with fine tasting cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necoclí region on the northeastern coast of Colombia. This chocolate has a unique balance between cocoa intensity and sweetness - distinctive caramel notes with a gentle sensation of sea salt and creaminess.
