It all began in Berlin, when Fabio, tired of the digital hustle, went looking for something more real, more alive. He discovered kombucha - a tangy, fizzy tea that felt fresh, full of energy, and just a little bit magical.
He started brewing in a tiny 20-square-meter kitchen, experimenting with flavours and perfecting each batch. Every can was filled by hand, made with care and the belief that a good drink should be both delicious and good for you.
People quickly fell in love with the bright, refreshing flavours - ginger, raspberry, lemon, cucumber & mint - all organic, all brewed with simple, natural ingredients. Soon, the little kitchen couldn’t keep up, and ROY moved into a proper brewery in Berlin, where small-batch brewing still keeps every can true to its roots.
Then came 2020, and cafés closed. Instead of slowing down, Fabio got creative. He launched an online shop and even sent out home-brewing kits so people could make their own kombucha in their kitchens. ROY became more than a drink, it became a community.
Today, ROY Kombucha is enjoyed all over Europe. But at heart, it’s still the same: a Berlin-born drink, made with real tea, natural fermentation, and a love for sharing something honest, healthy, and full of life.
