Elderflower Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS
4 cl Drouin Gin
12 cl Hysope Tonic Water Elderflower

For garnish
Half an orange slice
A sprig of rosemary

COOKING
1. Fill a G&T glass with large ice cubes. Stir with a cocktail spoon to chill the glass.
2. Pour 4 cl of Drouin gin.
3. Add 12 cl Hysope Tonic Water Elderflower. Stir again.
4. Place half an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary* for presentation.
5. Serve with the Hysope Tonic Water Elderflower bottle to tailor your gin and tonic to your own taste!

*Hysope advises:
For more flavor, you can add fresh rosemary!

Tom Collins

INGREDIENTS
4cl G'Vine Floraison gin
12 cl Hysope Tonic Water Elderflower
2 cl lemon juice

For garnish
A slice of lemon

COOKING
1. In a Collins glass filled with large ice cubes and chilled with a cocktail spoon, pour 4cl of G'Vine Floraison gin.
3. Add 2 cl lemon juice, then 12 cl Hysope Tonic Water Elderflower.
4. Stir again with your cocktail spoon.
5. Place 1 slice of lemon.

To The Moon

INGREDIENTS
4 cl of Moon gin
10 cl Hysope Tonic Water Elderflower
1.5 cl white vermouth
1 cl violet liqueur

For garnish
Lemon peels

COOKING
1. Fill a G&T glass with large ice cubes. Stir with a cocktail spoon to chill the glass.
2. Place new ice cubes in a mixing glass.
3. Pour in 4 cl of Moon gin, 1.5 cl of white vermouth, then 1 cl of violet liqueur and stir.
4. Pour everything over the ice in the glass using a cocktail strainer.
5. Add 10 cl of Hysope Tonic Buz on top.
6. Squeeze the lemon peel between your fingers and place it on top of the cocktail.
